As a 19-year-old girl I joined media, where I systematically learned the trade from the best journalists from TVN, TVP and Polsat television channels. I’m very passionate about marketing, editing and communication, that is why since 2013 I grow by own business, Kaizen Media, together with my friend Leszek Kabłak. In private life, I am a mother of two children, a wife, a bookworm, a fan of criminal movies and kaizen philosophy in every single aspect of life. I also pursue my business passions as a Head of Growth in BNI Poland.

Between 2009 and 2013 I probably was where you are now. As an e-commerce owner I was looking for a marketing agency while trying to find my way through the jungle of offers. I made many decisions. Some of them were very costly to me. With time, I stumbled upon more suitable business partners that helped me achieve the results I dreamed of. I also worked in a marketing agency where I executed many successful projects. My name is Adrian Andrzejczyk and since 2009 I have been involved in online marketing. My specialties include performance marketing, data analysis and strategy building. I worked both as an e-commerce manager and a specialist in an agency. My campaigns were distinguished by Google during international contests. In private life I am interested in cycling and long-distance running.

Cracow citizen by birth, globetrotter by passion.

He was taught in Libia, France, Italy, and, of course, in Cracow. A would-be footballer, guitarist and doctor of political sciences.

He has been in a media industry for over 20 years. He used to be a journalist for the biggest Polish Media (RMF FM, TVP, TV Puls, Polsat, TVN24, PAP, Interia).

Currently he is a correspondent for global news channel Euronews and co-owner of production house Kaizen Media.

In private life he is a husband and a father of two daughters, loving sport, international cuisine and guitar music.

In Kaizen Marketing he is responsible for every word.

Michał Krzak, born in ’84. Musician and economist by training.

For over 17 years he was professionally associated with journalism and public relations. As a Key Account he also worked with brand such as: Alior Bank, Bank Zachodni WBK, Kredyt Bank, ING Bank Śląski, TUiR Warta, HDI, Eurobank, Credit Agricole. He is responsible for PR in international companies from high-tech industry.

In Kaizen Marketing he is responsible for content: creation of movie scenarios and content for social media and film production.

I am a company specializing in software development for online channels – better, faster, more precise. The scope of work I do includes websites, advanced database applications, internet portals, online stores and maintenance and modifications of software. I have over 15 years of experience and I took part in over 50 different projects.

I execute given projects according to the latest standards and special care to a quality of the code – professionally and honestly.

I am a UX Designer and a lecturer with over 15 years of experience in user interface design. I was working for the greatest Polish and global brands, such as interia.pl, onet.pl, TVN (TVN24), Statoil, Circle K. For over 3 years I have been organizing workshops and trainings about User Experience Design.

I also give lectures and teach practical classes on UX design in School of Computer Graphics in Cracow and in Faculty of Polish Studies on Jagiellonian University. I have trained over 500 people while sharing my passion and experience. I also organized company trainings for Electrolux, HOLDING1 SA, X-kom, balsamstudio and Allegro.

How do we work Organisational culture

We care about optimal organization management – that is why holacracy is the base of our culture. For some it is a company with no bosses, but for us it is an understatement. We create partnerships with each of our employees. We approach our tasks and work with full dedication, taking care of our company’s interests like it was our own. No one of us have a boss in a typical meaning of this word. Still, we are all responsible in front of others of the quality and efficiency of our work.
